Rules & Guidelines (Read Carefully)
Participants should register only through the website.
A Registration fee of ₹120 per head has to be paid after submitting the form, Pay using the appearing Pop-up.
Payment must be done through the website only.
Once the payment is successful and verified then only your registration will also be confirmed.
No refund will be provided.
Food is also included.
Participants can register individually or in teams (maximum 2 members).
Projects must be original, innovative, and practically implementable.
Working models or live demonstrations are mandatory.
Each team will get 5–10 minutes to explain and demo the project.
One member must clearly explain the problem, solution, and real-world impact.
Use of ready-made or copied projects is strictly prohibited.
Posters/charts/PPTs may be used only as support to the demo.
Teams must bring their own materials, components, and power requirements.
Judges will evaluate based on innovation, usefulness, technical knowledge, and presentation.
Bonus points for cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
Exceeding time limit or rule violation may lead to penalty.
